RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on most items sold by our store.
If you wish to return your product, please read the policy below.
For crochet/knit items: Please return the undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
If an item is damaged and is unable to be resold, a refund will not be issued.

For Resin and Sea Glass Jewelry: Please return jewelry within 30 days.
Unopened jewelry will be eligible for a full refund.
Jewelry that has been worn may be eligible for a 50% refund. Worn jewelry must be in good condition to be eligible for a refund. If the item is damaged or in bad condition, a refund will not be available..
Earrings that have been worn should not be returned for health reasons. A refund is not available for worn earrings.

REPAIR/REPLACE POLICY
We provide a 6 Month Reparation/Replacement Policy for any jewelry items sold by our store. If for any reason, your item is damaged within 6 months of the purchase date, we will provide a free replacement or a repair for your item depending on the extent of the damage.
To initiate a repair or replacement, please fill out the appropriate form found at the bottom of the page.
Please provide the following information when contacting us for a repair or a replacement:
•Name•Item•Date of Purchase or Order Number (if possible) •A description of the damage •A description of the incident that caused the damage
A description of the damage is necessary so we can determine the best possible solution for the situation. If a repair is possible, we will work with you for shipment of the product. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement, if a replacement is available. To receive a replacement, you may have to return the original damaged product.
* In the case of Sea Glass Jewelry, a replacement will not be available due to each piece being unique.
A description of the incident that occurred is necessary for our records. As we grow and develop our products, this information can be helpful to us as we look for solutions to reduce incident related damage. This will help us to identify trends and weaknesses in our products.
The Repair or Replacement Policy only applies to items purchased within a 6 month time frame. If you wish for a repair of an item outside of the 6 month time frame, a fee may be applied. The policy only applies to jewelry items sold by our store. Any item that is damaged by misuse of the intended purpose, will not be eligible for a repair or a replacement. This service may become unavailable if misuse of the policy is determined.

SHIPPING POLICY
There are several shipping methods to choose when making your purchase. Please choose the most appropriate shipping for your situation.
US Shipping:
Ground Shipping for the USA is free. Priority Shipping for USA is $15.
We can not determine an exact date of delivery due to USPS processing times.
Orders $100 or more are eligible for a shipping refund at the discretion of the seller.
International Shipping:
Ground Shipping is $20Ground Priority is $50
We can not determine an exact date of delivery due to USPS and customs processing times.
For Overseas shipping, orders totaling $200 or more may be eligible for free shipping at the discretion of the seller.
Lost Package:
In the event that a package becomes lost, we will ship another product or refund you based on the item and situation.
Returned Package:
In the event that a package is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply. We will attempt to contact you with the information you provided to us at the time of check out. If no response from the customer after two weeks time (14 days) a refund of the item will be issued. Shipping may not be refunded.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is taken through Square. Please review Square's Policies.
In the event that payment is not received by the customer within 7 days, the order will be canceled.
In the event of a charge back after the customer has received the item, the customer will no longer be allowed to place any future orders with our shop.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The seller has the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason. These reasons include but are not limited to:
